Did 10 minutes on the elliptical at 150bpm for an average speed of 3.5-4 mph to warm up, then did some upper-body work with weights for 20 minutes. All was noted on my personal training sheet and filed.

Bought some tea towels for gifts, looking for tutorials for adding colorful hanging cuffs after hemming.

I lean toward Method 1, mitred corners. Will decide once the towels arrive in case the selvage edges are good quality.
