So, the big visit today was a success. All the pictures are on a Flickr set here. We did go out into the neighborhood around St Nicholas to distribute shopping bags for a toy drive, and Bp. Scantlebury was a good sport about going door-to-door. We even had a couple of reporters there taking pictures for local papers. Party time! It was my husband David’s office holiday party last night. My work schedule didn’t cause a conflict for getting out to a Friday night event for once, as the training class I was stuck in this week started a lot earlier and let out a lot earlier than my normal work schedule.
