Yet more evidence that Pat Robertson is an evil old scumbag, yet still gullible people send him money to finance African "relief efforts" that only relieve Africa of its diamonds and gold. Mission Congo: how Pat Robertson raised millions on the back of a non-existent aid project The televangelist claimed Operation Blessing was giving vital aid in response to the 1994 Rwandan crisis. A Walk At Alki, New Arrivals, A Pink Door, And More

    August 19, 2013 - By ginny

We ended today with a boat trip out to Blake Island’s Tillicum Village for the afternoon salmon bake and cultural show, and by then I was taking photos with the big Canon, not my iPhone. This: we've visited Estes Park many times over the years, and I'd always wondered about the design of the Park Theater, which has a distinctive square tower that doesn't appear to have any function other than being decorative (it kind of looks like the kind of towers old firehouses have for drying hoses). This NPR story from KUNC had a lot of interesting detail about the theater, and about their 100th Anniversary celebration. Looks like a good time! http://kunc.org/post/estes-park-landmark-celebrates-100-years Estes Park Landmark Celebrates 100 Years View this post on Google+
