NPR : U.S. Raids Iranian Consulate in Iraq U.S.-led forces raided Iran's consulate in the northern Iraqi city of Irbil on Thursday and detained five staff members. Let's see: Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Iran (symbolically) and by extension our staunch allies in Iraqi Kurdistan. Any Muslim countries we're NOT going to attack? This is a foreign policy?

Did 10 minutes on the elliptical at 150bpm for an average speed of 3.5-4 mph to warm up, then did some upper-body work with weights for 20 minutes. All was noted on my personal training sheet and filed.
