Snack: none
Lunch: 60 cal yogurt drink, 240 cal Oatmeal walnut Clif energy bar, yet another banana

As you can see, it's a gnarly bar.

Dinner: Penne Crodola from Babaluci. Some added Parmesan. Kind of a lot, really. It's been a long day.
