F-16s following stolen plane… where, exactly?

F-16s following stolen plane — chicagotribune.com It was unknown how much fuel was in the plane or how much training the student pilot has acquired, Kucharek said. The Web site cessna.com indicated the Cessna 172 Skyhawk is a four-seater with a range of about 790 miles and top speed of 141 mph. They evacuated the Capitol building in Madison, WI when the guy went over about an hour and a half ago, and he’s headed our way or beyond us by now. But what the heck?  What’s his story? Obviously, he doesn’t have the radio on, he ignored “non-verbal” signals…

    Why Melissa Bean Trashed TARP

As I suspected when I Twittered about it at the time , she’s a creature of the insurance and banking lobbyists. I am SO DISAPPOINTED in her. She replaced the worse do-nothing doddering Republican Congressman then in the House, and for this? Ugh. I hope some good people gear up to give her a primary challenge. And she still doesn’t have a Twitter account or a decent email system.  Her canned responses via email take forever. He was hip, he was retro-cool, he was green; Lorne was an unforgettable character. Godspeed, Andy. You’re singin’ with the…

    Broken Headline: Salt Lake Tribune

Police identifies couple who may have froze – Salt Lake Tribune. Right after reading an article about the value of editing and proofreading in order to produce well-written communications, this gem came up in my feed. “May have froze.” I think I’ll start tagging broken headlines.
