1. Most of us are at present within the Episcopal Church. This is where the Network was principally called to stand. One can be “within” something and not “under” it.

   Doesn’t TEC get in trouble when it makes the analogous argument about its position relative to the rest of the Anglican Communion?

2. I just get a kick out of all the positional nuances – “within” but not “under,” as it’s important to stress that the Network is not under the jurisdiction of TEC or under its supposedly oppressive thumb. Just working from within to undermine, I guess.

   And what of non-Network parishes marooned in Network dioceses? Crickets, anyone?
