  1. Hard to say.  On the other hand, is SEO your actual goal?

I use PubSubHub, but just to let folks know about the update, not for SEO purposes. The author picture thing seems a bit goofy, but I might look at it (since I use my own photo in my G+ profile). Breadcrumbs make no sense in most blogs, and I'm not convinced they do much for SEO vs. other triggers (category lists within the post). Permalink optimization doesn't seem SEO-worthy, but might be good for visitors. Broken Links … is a nightmare that all blog owners have, and too big a one to tackle for its SEO value unless you have a very small blog.

  2. I ran across a reference to PubSubHub and might give it a whirl. I had All-in-One SEO pack on a couple of blogs and found it annoying to deal with, it messed up the way some things were listed on the dashboard, and it didn't do much for me. Admittedly, I put very little effort into it so it was overkill for what I did do with it.

  3. I did a little playing around yesterday with stuff to tie the posts to your G+ identity. Didn't get it working, but it was more a curiosity than anything else.

I like the idea of people folliwing me,but I don't want to be compulsive about it. It's not my profession, or my calling.
