I ran across this composer on a Hearts of Space compilation – his setting of Shelley’s “The Cloud” is amazing. He’s based in Boulder. The rest of the CD, Universe 5, is good too.

Just realized that I have more muscle mass in my back, arms, etc. So I’ve probably lost more fat; I am officially ok with this.
