It needs a power cord (though there may be one already at the desk it's at that fits) and probably needs new ink cartridges. No telling if it works - would need a phone/data cable to attempt to hook it [...]

BBC NEWS | Americas | Pioneer US astronaut dies aged 84
Sad news… I hope that a new generation of space pioneers goes back to the Moon and beyond, but they'll follow in Schirra's footsteps for the first part of their journey.
